I encourage my students to trust their judgment about what feels good, listening to the voice of their inner teacher. From there, we are free to explore, to play, to find joy! I teach Hatha, mindful flow, meditation and prenatal with a focus on yoga philosophy. I speak English.
For me, yoga is about connecting with what you are doing. I teach Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Aerial yoga, and yoga with the Yogawheel, Intrinity board, FeetUp, and beLONG bodyrollers. I speak Dutch and English.
My passion for Yoga reflects through compassion-based teaching methods, with emphasis on the Yogi’s individual requirements, irrespective of their level of practice, acting as a “guide” for the Yogi on their personal Yoga journey. I teach Jivamukti yoga and meditation to all levels and ages. I speak English.
My approach to yoga is: Yoga practice not yoga perfect. I teach slow vinyasa, relaxation and breathing to all levels. I focus on body awareness and often incorporate Iyengar techniques into my classes. I speak English and Afrikaans
I encourage participants to listen to their own body and mind so that they go home with a feeling of outer and inner strength. Correct alignment and execution of exercises and poses is very important to me. I teach Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Suspension yoga and FLY. I speak Dutch, English, French and Italian.
What I enjoy most about teaching yoga, is having the potential to make someone’s day better by introducing students to the tools to become quieter, calmer and more mindful. I teach Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Restoratives. I speak English and Afrikaans.
For me, Yoga means unite or connect, it is the means via the breath to connect to the moment and higher self. The physical practice is necessary to open the body and allow energy to flow more freely. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga for free diving. I speak English.
Practicing Yoga is connecting to your real essence, which is love. In my Yoga practice, I make room to honour and accept how I feel and I transform my state of being with the help of nature elements. I teach Vinyasa, yoga with essential oils and pranayama. I speak German and English.

For me, yoga instruction is about bringing a sense of playfulness and curiosity to a class while encouraging safe alignment and body awareness. I teach Vinyasa, Kids yoga, Power yoga and Yin yoga to all levels and ages. I speak English and Afrikaans.
