I encourage my students to trust their judgment about what feels good, listening to the voice of their inner teacher. From there, we are free to explore, to play, to find joy! I teach Hatha, mindful flow, meditation and prenatal with a focus on yoga philosophy. I speak English.

My passion is to empower others to connect with their own inner wisdom, find their own personal yoga. Using compassion, creativity and authenticity, I aspire to help you create nurturing awareness to yourself and your life. I teach Womb Yoga, Prenatal, Postnatal & baby Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. I speak English.

My classes are fun and playful where we mix some intensity with some silliness. I teach Vinyasa, Yin yoga and Alignment based therapy to all levels and ages. I speak English.

In essence yoga for me is: surrender, let go, flow. I teach Hatha, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kids yoga, meditation and pranayama to all ages and levels. I speak Afrikaans and English.

DENISE VAN DEr MERWE

Yoga has been my passion for many years and has carried me through the good times and the bad, as a teacher I am privileged to share the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and to guide my students to take yoga off the mat and out into their lives. I teach Kundalini for adults and kids and Prenatal yoga. I speak English.
